Workforce competency and safety
All rail staff are, trained, mentored and certified to carry out railway works. All competencies are recorded and regularly audited to ensure compliance with Railway Standards.
Safety ‘ALARP’ is our focus, with work plans and construction methodology reviewed prior to every work item to ensure that risks have been identified and mitigated to ‘As Low As Reasonably Practicable’.
